This module provides an efficient and reliable method of accurately entering sample parameters
into the LIMS. Using the appropriate quote number, the sample receiving module obtains all the
previously determined project specifications from the quote module template.
The client's sample description, date and time of collection, number and type of containers received, and other sample-specific information are entered into this template. A lot number is assigned to the samples received in the delivery group, and holding times and turnaround times are monitored using a variety of management reports. |
